Project Blue focuses on the values of education, interaction, and collaboration in our effort to best support seniors in our community. Through these values, Project Blue is dedicated to making a difference.
Education
Project Blue believes in education is one of the best ways to make an impact. Through elementary education events, conducted by Project Blue members, we work to teach students about the importance of seniors in their life and help get them involved early on.
Interaction
Project Blue connects with Mountain View High School as well as other high schools to create letters, art, and care packages to donate to senior homes. These school-based chapters are called “Write for Blue,” and help get high-schoolers involved with the seniors in their community.
Collaboration
Project Blue partners with members of the community in order to collect donations as well as established senior care nonprofits and organizations. Through this collaboration, Project Blue can expand its outreach and solidify its impact.
